The Peaberry variety of our Arabica beans feature an enhanced flavor profile and more densely packed nutrients due to the meticulous sorting process and unique way the beans grow. It has been debated that this is so because of the fact that they do not split into 2 like the average coffee cherry does before being processed, but instead remains condensed and thus giving the consumer a double dose of nature’s bounty in every bean!
